The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of Les Issambres above the port “San Peire” with the regular ferry to St. Tropez. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities can be found within 3,500 metres.

On the side of the villa is the swimming pool, which is about 8.30 x 4.20 m in size, as well as the summer kitchen with an attractive teak dining ensemble, other attractive garden furniture as well as six sun loungers and two parasols.

The approximately 850 m² plot is completely closed and offers parking for up to two cars.
