At the entrance to the estate there is a tennis club which also offers wonderful sea views from the courts. The location is ideal, as the beach is within easy walking distance (500 m). A popular beach restaurant, the ‘Maxim Plage’, is also only about 750 metres away. The centre of Sainte Maxime, with all the shops you need for your daily needs and numerous restaurants, is only about 2,000 metres away and can be quickly reached by car.
The villa
The villa offers approximately 240 m² of air-conditioned living space for up to 12 people. The highlight of the property is, of course, the truly spectacular sea view of the bay of St. Tropez and, of course, St. Tropez itself, which is particularly attractive in the evening hours. In addition, especially during the high season and also during the major regatta in autumn, the numerous boats in the bay can be observed wonderfully.
Spread over two levels, there is a living-/dining area with an open kitchen and access to the front terrace with panoramic sea views, as well as two bedrooms with bathrooms. Four further bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a small games room with table football are located in the basement.
The property has an area of approx. 1,200 m², is completely enclosed and has an electric gate. Several vehicles can be parked within the property. The swimming pool (heated for a fee) measuring 5 x 10 m, located to the side of the villa, also offers a fantastic sea view. An electric tarpaulin is available to protect small children.
For sporting activities, there is also a boules court and a table tennis table.

Lovely Villa in great location
Very nice property. Fantastic views over to Sainte Maxime centre and St Tropez from the terrace and pool areas. Air conditioning throughout is good. The villa itself is in good condition and the facilities are great. There was even a piano! Everything was as suggested. The agent was absolutely excellent in keeping in contact when required. It is around 30 minutes to walk into the town centre which was very handy, though it was a bit hot to do it often (July). The beach (and the local private beach “Maxim plage”) are much closer at around 5 minutes away on foot. Overall we were all very happy. Thanks for the break!
