Location

The villa “Dolce Vita” is located in a private domaine between Sainte-Maxime and Port Grimaud in a very quiet location without through traffic about 3 km from Sainte-Maxime. Not far from the Domaine you will also find the very popular Goflplatz “Beauvallon” which is also only 3 km away. Depending on traffic, these two destinations can be quickly reached by car in about 5-15 minutes.

 

“Domaine de Mas de Guerrevieille”

This private domain with exclusive access only for residents, offers exceptionally attractive features as follows:

– a private beach (beginning of June until the end of the Voile de St. Tropez) with a very good beach restaurant and menus at attractive prices
-Jetty
– two sunbeds + 1 umbrella per unit on the private beach
– a clubhouse with bar area (open July and August) and library
– a swimming pool heated to 28 ° until mid-November with a length of 25 m and a fantastic sea view
– a children’s pool (for high season)
– in the months of high season (July/August) baguette/croissant service at the clubhouse on request

The private beach as well as the restaurant is reserved only for the residents of the Domaine. The beach is prepared from the beginning of June until the end of the Voile de St. Tropez, the beach restaurant is open from Easter at noon and in July and August also in the evening. The clubhouse is located about 300 m from the villa = 5 minutes walk.

 

The villa

The recently completely renovated and newly furnished villa for up to six people offers a very tastefully designed living space of about 140 m² on two levels and a fantastic sea view into the bay of St. Tropez.

The living level comprises a spacious living/dining area with beautiful sea views and access to the large terrace to the side and a balcony in front. Adjacent is a beautiful and also spacious kitchen with the following features:

– Bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and toilet

The outdoor areas of the villa, which are also very attractively designed, are covered with light-colored natural stone tiles and high-quality garden furniture is available. In detail, these are four sun loungers, a large traffic light umbrella and a large attractive dining ensemble on the terrace in front of the kitchen or living area.

The swimming pool integrated into the terrace with overflow technology and electric tarpaulin measures 7.50 m x 3.50 m and this can also be heated for a fee. The pool area is also accessible via stairs from the upper terrace.

The property is completely closed (in the lower area by an electric fence).
