As an additional bookable option, for an occupancy of up to 10 people in the basement, a studio with seating area with TV, a small kitchenette with refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine as well as a sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200 cm) with adjoining shower room can be booked.

The rooms, equipped with the best taste, are complemented by very nice outdoor areas with also very high-quality furniture such as lounge seating group, large dining ensemble with gas BBQ and sun-loungers. The 13 x 5 m heated swimming pool with overflow technology is integrated into the terrace area with a very nice view to the golf course. For a little sporting activity, there is a petanque court below the pool and a small private putting green is also available.

Access to the gated property is via an electric gate and 3-4 cars can be parked in the spacious area in front of the entrance to the villa.
