Location

Located in one of the most prestigious private domains in Sainte Maxime, this property is located right next to the Blue Green Golf Course in the middle of the Golfdomaine. Absolute quiet location with wonderful views of the well-kept golf course characterize this location as above average good. The centre of Sainte Maxime with numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, the regular ferry to St. Tropez and numerous beaches is within easy reach and free of congestion in about 3 km distance. The large beaches of La Nartelle with good beach restaurants can be reached by car in 3-4 minutes.

The villa

The “Villa Heaven” is a top-maintained property with exceptionally beautiful decoration, which also offers the highest living comfort for 8 – 10 persons.

The living area of approx. 270 m² is divided into a spacious and very comfortably furnished living room with TV (international channels) and an open fireplace, adjoining dining room with dining table for 10 people and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen in a modern and attractive design. Furthermore, on this living level there are three very nicely equipped bedrooms with double beds and TV (2 x 160 x 200 cm and 1 x 180 x 200 cm) each with its own bathroom. The basement is equipped with a studio with seating area with TV, a small kitchenette with fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, and a sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with adjoining shower room.

As an additional bookable option, the first floor can be booked with a beautiful suite for an occupancy of up to 10 people. This includes a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an adjoining private large terrace overlooking the golf course, as well as a very high-quality and luxuriously equipped bathroom (photos 50-54).

The rooms, equipped with the best taste, are complemented by very nice outdoor areas with also very high-quality furniture such as lounge seating group, large dining ensemble with gas BBQ and sun-loungers. The 13 x 5 m heated swimming pool with overflow technology is integrated into the terrace area with a very nice view to the golf course. For a little exercise you will find a boules field below the pool and a small private putting green is also available.

Access to the gated property is via an electric gate and 3-4 cars can be parked in the spacious area in front of the entrance to the villa.
