The villa

In detail, the following rooms are available: very spacious living room with wonderful sea views and a covered terrace of approx. 65 m² in front, adjoining separate TV room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining room with approx. 45 m² of balustrade terrace in front, fully equipped kitchen in Provençal style with fully equipped main and service kitchen and adjoining approx. 45 m² large west terrace with gas BBQ (Weber, Genesis II).
On the 1st floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and a large private balcony as well as an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a separate shower room.
At pool level there are two separate guest apartments: 1 x with bedroom and shower room and very nice view of the pool and garden, 1 x with 2 bedrooms kitchenette and shower room.
The large, chlorine-free swimming pool (13 x 5 m) is the centre of the well-kept garden. Panoramic shower, sun loungers and umbrellas are ready for a relaxing day by the pool with spectacular views to the sea and St. Tropez! The pool area is sunlit the whole day!
The plot of 5,000 m² is fenced and closed by an electric gate.
Special note: after a change of ownership almost all the furniture was renewed in the spring of 2022. This includes, among other things
