The villa
The “Villa la Bastide” underwent a complete renovation in 2017 and is now in mint condition. A very spacious living area of approx. 320 m² is spread over two levels and the high-quality and tasteful furnishings offer luxurious living comfort for eight persons.
The living space is divided into a spacious living-dining area with an open fireplace of approx. 80 m2, a perfectly equipped modern kitchen with every comfort, as well as four spacious bedrooms (partly with sea view) and four very attractively designed bathrooms with shower or bathtub.
Spacious terrace areas with high-quality furniture as well as a beautiful summer kitchen with BBQ are situated in front of the living rooms. From here you can enjoy a wonderful sea view into the bay of St. Tropez!
The 10 x 5 m swimming pool (heatable against fees) is surrounded by attractive lawns and other terraces. Appropriate sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower are of course available.
The 2,800 m² plot is equipped with an electric entrance gate, garden architecturally attractively planted and offers in addition to a garage additional parking for up to three cars. A boules court and very attractive evening lighting complete the offer.
In summary: a deluxe property in terms of location, view and equipment!

A beautiful property with breathtaking views. Spotlessly clean on arrival and equipped with everything you need. The only negative was that there are no separate en suite toilets. Only 2 for the whole house! Also, cleaning should be included in the price! Otherwise, the villa is superb! Please note that there were a lot of mosquitoes, so be sure to take some plug-ins and mosquito repellent! That goes for the whole neighborhood!!! Not only around the villa! Now a good week is already over and we still live off our vacation in the gorgeous Villa la Bastide!
It was a super nice two weeks that we could really enjoy! The French weather was at its best and we felt right at home from the first minute! The house is a dream! So tastefully furnished to a high standard, a grand property with priceless sea views! Also in the kitchen and outdoor kitchen no wishes remain unfulfilled, we have feasted and really enjoyed 😊
All in all, once again the right decision!

It was very nice. Thank you very much. The property was clean and well maintained inside as well as outside. The equipment left no wishes unfulfilled. The garden with ground-level lawns is rather a rarity there, that was very nice for our dogs. The location and views also perfect. We felt very comfortable.

This is a beautiful villa, with a superb view across the bay to St Maxime. Everything was perfect for our stay, the lovely interior and wonderful outside space. The location is in a quiet private development, but it is within walking distance of St Maxime with all its shops and restaurants. Vera was extremely helpful and informative about the accommodation, and responded very promptly to all our questions. Checkin and check out was with a local key holder who lives local and was available for any problems (which there were none) – Audrey. Despite our lack of French we managed to have a seamless handover. We had a fantastic few days here in October and would not hesitate to return. 5/5 Stars
