Location

The property is located in the quiet hills of Les Issambres surrounded by comparable villa development and attractive vegetation. The beaches are about 2,000 to 2,500 metres away, the centre of St. Aygulf with numerous restaurants, daily shops and the large beaches in about 7-8 minutes by car.

The villa

Another terrace area with sun loungers, a lovely lounge seating area and a summer kitchen can be found on the side of the villa. The swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 m is equipped with a pool alarm and an outdoor shower and additional sun loungers are available.
