Location

The property is about 2 km from the center of Grimaud in the direction of Cogolin. The beaches of Port Grimaud can be reached without traffic jams from this location, around 7.5 km away. The large shopping center “La Foux”, the “Luna Park” and the junction to St. Tropez can also be reached in 8.5 km without increased traffic.

The villa

The villa, built in a Provencal country house style, has an air-conditioned living space of approx. 200 m² on two levels.

A spacious terrace to the side of the villa offers a large dining set and a lovely lounge sitting group overlooking the swimming pool and garden.

The property covers an area of 3,000 m² in south-west orientation. A curved staircase from the terrace leads to the attractive pool area in front of the villa with eight sun loungers and another large dining area next to the summer kitchen with BBQ (charcoal). The pool has a size of 8.50 x 4 m with a depth of 1.60 cm. The property is attractively planted and, in addition to a larger lawn area, there is also a large boules court in the lower part of the garden.

Access is via an electric gate and there are several parking spaces available plus a carport for one car.
