The property is located in popular residential area of Beauvallon between Sainte Maxime and Grimaud. The nearest beach is within walking distance of about 600. The beach restaurant “Maxime Plage” is 2.000 m away and the distance to the center of Sainte Maxime is about 3.5 km. The surrounding area is very green and is characterized by large plots and high-quality villa development.

 

The villa

The villa, which was extended in 2022 and 2023 with an enormous extension, now has a living space of 430 m² on two levels and offers the most modern and tastefully decorated living comfort with exceptionally spacious rooms for up to 12 adults and two children.

The first floor offers a very spacious entrance area with guest toilet. From here you have access to the very spacious kitchen with numerous large lattice windows, which offer a beautiful view of the garden and pool area.

The garden – the planting was done in spring and we will be able to provide new pictures of it in early May 2024 – has been beautifully redesigned and also offers beautiful lawns.

In front of the villa there is a spacious gravel terrace with corresponding garden furniture (delivery has taken place, photos will follow in spring 2025) and a dining ensemble is available under a beautiful pavilion. The swimming pool measures 14 x 7 m and numerous sun loungers are of course available.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus liegt sehr schön, der Garten ist sehr schön und uneinsehbar. Zoe war auch sehr hilfsbereit wenn es mal ein Problem gab und wurde auch schnell gelöst.
