The villa is located in a very good location between Sainte Maxime and Beauvallon directly opposite the small beach “Les Cigales” with the small lighthouse. The distance to the beach is only about 350 m and all other amenities such as golf course, tennis courts, shopping and restaurants in Sainte Maxime as well as the ferry to St. Tropez are reachable in max. 2,700 m quickly by car.

A further bedroom with double bed and a child bedroom ist situation on the 1. floor – both of them are offering a sea view.

The covered terrace with a very nice view to the garden is equipped with a teak dining ensemble and a BBQ. A heated swimming pool with the dimensions 9 x 5 m which is accessible via a pleasant wide staircase completes this attractive offer.

The property with electric entrance gate is completely closed and offers sufficient parking spaces for several cars.
