In addition to a spacious living / dining room with TV, fireplace and access to the covered terrace, the first floor continues to the kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. A further bedroom with double bed and a child bedroom ist situation on the 1. floor – both of them are offering a sea view.

The covered terrace with a very nice view to the garden is equipped with a teak dining ensemble and a BBQ. A heated swimming pool with the dimensions 9 x 5 m which is accessible via a pleasant wide staircase completes this attractive offer.

The property with electric entrance gate is completely closed and offers sufficient parking spaces for several cars.
