Location
The villa is located in a cul-de-sac “on top” of the hills of Les Issambres in a quiet residential area. In a few minutes’ drive you can reach the centre of Les Issambres with numerous shops of daily needs, a well-stocked supermarket, restaurants and the port with regular ferry to St. Tropez. The cul-de-sac ends in a large undeveloped area in which you can walk very well with the dog.
The villa
The well-kept Provencal-style villa offers an attractively furnished living space of 220 m² for up to 10 people.
On the pool level there is a very spacious and bright living room with TV and beautiful sea views, an adjoining dining room with a large table and an open, fully equipped kitchen with the following features: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and milk frother.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace with charcoal BBQ, a dining set and a beautiful brick seating area.
On this level there is also the master bedroom (1) with double bed 180 x 200 cm, very nice sea view and access to a smaller covered terrace – from here you can enjoy a really fantastic view! Adjacent is the en suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and shower as well as a sea view and a separate WC.
A staircase in the entrance area leads to the 1st floor with the following rooms:
– bedroom (2) with double bed 160 x 200 cm and panoramic sea view
– bedroom (3) with double bed 160 x 200 cm, desk and panoramic sea view
– bedroom (4) with double bed 180 x 200 cm and desk

The outdoor areas of the property are particularly beautiful with large terraces, attractive planting and a fantastic panoramic sea view. The swimming pool measures 11.5 x 5.5 m with a depth of approx. 2.50 m and is surrounded by a natural lawn. For sporting activities, there is a large boules court at the back of the covered terrace and a table tennis table is also available.
The property is closed by an electric gate and offers space for three vehicles in the access area.

Note:
