The villa
Built in the typical style of the region, the villa offers a living area of 190 m² on two and a half levels. In addition to a spacious living room overlooking the adjoining terrace, the pool and the sea, another separate, cosy fireplace corner is available. International TV can be found in the fireplace area and dining room.
Adjacent is the dining area (also with sea view) with open kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with all desirable comforts. A gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and an american fridge with ice cube machine are provided. On the ground floor, with a beautiful view over the pool, there is the master bedroom (with air conditioning), a large bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, shower and toilet as well as a small bedroom with single bed. On the next level you’ll find the third bedroom with double bed and a single bed and the attached bathroom and on the upper floor the fourth bedroom is situated with balcony and bathroom en suite and also an air condition.
The outdoor area, consisting of a very spacious covered and wind-protected terrace with a summer kitchen and a brick BBQ, is complemented by a spacious open terrace, to which the 5 x 10 m overflow swimming pool is connected (heatable for a fee).
The villa is occupied by the owner during the winter months and is therefore very complete in all respects. A very well maintained property with fantastic sea views in a very good location!

Dream holiday with sea view
The villa is very well located in a domaine. Very well maintained garden, amazing pool, stunning sea views and lots of privacy. The outdoor area offers plenty of shade without the annoying umbrellas and plenty of loungers and seating. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which is rare in holiday homes. The contact with the administrator was very nice. St.Maxime and its port are 10 minutes away by car. We were first two and then with 8 people in this beautiful property and would come back anytime. Fantastic holiday with your dog
The villa leaves nothing to be desired. Only the plastic garden furniture disturbs the beautiful ambience – but that’s a matter of taste. Booking processing in advance and the support on site are top! We’re happy to come back! (4.5/5 stars).
