Not far from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime in “La Nartelle” and the town center, “Villa mademoiselle m” is located in the prestigious Domaine du Golfe with high quality villa development in a very well-kept environment without through traffic. The villa

The entrance area offers a wonderful sea view through a large panoramic window immediately upon entering the villa. To the right and left of this on this level are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (bed dimensions: 2 x 180 x 200 cm and 1 x 160 x 200 cm) and sea view. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a very large teak terrace with stunning panoramic sea views. On this level you will also find two bathrooms (1 x en suite) with sink, bathtub and toilet.

The large staircase leads to the spacious living level with living/dining area with TV and access to the terraces in front, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fully automatic coffee machine as well as a guest toilet.

The spacious, partly covered terrace areas are equipped with appropriate furniture such as dining group with large gas BBQ, lounge seating, sun loungers, etc. and offer a fantastic panoramic sea view without any disturbing influences.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower pool area which offers additional open and covered terrace areas as well as additional sun loungers, umbrellas and a lounge seating area. On this level there is also a separate apartment with simpler furnishings, which includes the following rooms:
a living/dining area with TV, a bedroom with double bed, a children’s room with two single beds and a smaller bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Mobile air conditioners are available for the two bedrooms, but they also have a drain outlet. The apartment can be booked additionally on request for a fee, but only in combination with the main house!
