Location

The almost new holiday home is located in a high-quality private domain with 15 units and a beautiful communal pool as well as a gate-secured driveway. The town centre is about 650 metres away and the beaches of Sainte Maxime are about a 12-minute drive away.

The villa

Decorated in modern architecture, the holiday home offers an air-conditioned living area of approx. 125 m² on two levels. The equipment for six persons is high quality and very tasteful. The ground floor offers a spacious living-/dining area with TV and adjoining open and fully equipped kitchen. In front of these rooms there is a spacious covered terrace with appropriate garden furniture, electric BBQ and a beautifully planted private garden with sun loungers. The ground floor comprises also a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet .

The upper floor is divided into a very spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room, another bedroom with separate shower room and a toilet. The two upper bedrooms have access to a very spacious roof terrace with sun loungers etc.

The swimming pool measuring 10 x 6 m (with sun loungers in the high season months) is located not far from the vacation home and is only used by a few units, as there are also several private pools in the domain. It is light salt water and is operated via a salt water electrolysis system, i.e. without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slightly salty taste (approx. 1/11 compared to seawater) and is extremely skin-friendly.
