From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the landscape all the way to the sea. The very attractive village of Grimaud with numerous good restaurants, bistros, galleries and shops of daily need can be reached about 2.5 km away, the beaches of Port Grimaud free of congestion via a well-developed country road by car within 7.5 km.

The extensive living space of more than 300 m² offers a centrally located spacious living room with an open fireplace, an adjoining dining room with access to the fully equipped kitchen in Provencal style with utility room. Furthermore, there are four very nicely furnished bedrooms (3 x with double bed and 1 x with three single beds) and corresponding bathrooms on the first floor.
On the second floor there is another attractive bedroom with a very nice sea view and a shower room.
Spacious terrace areas are located in front of living and dining rooms as well as the master bedroom. Appropriate dining ensembles and seating groups can be found on these free and covered terraces with beautiful views over the pool area and the countryside to the Gulf of St. Tropez.
One level lower is the 5 x 10 m heated swimming pool with an electric tarpaulin and a wide access staircase. The pool is surrounded by spacious terraces equipped with numerous sun loungers and parasols. Adjacent to the pool area is the pool house with a large flat-screen TV and a ping pong table under a shaded ramade.
As a special highlight, the property also has a private tennis court located a little off the beaten track.
Numerous cars can be parked on the property, which is also inhabited by a Guardian couple in a separate cottage. A restriction of privacy is in no way given to the tenants, as there is no visual contact with the living or garden areas.
Our conclusion: a really impressive property for a very relaxing holiday not far from all amenities!
