The villa
Built in Provencal style, the villa offers a living area of approx. 130 m² ideally equipped for 8 persons. In addition to a very attractively designed living room with a lower dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen. From each of these rooms you have access to the covered or to the open terrace areas. There are also four double bedrooms and two attractive shower rooms.
The lush and Mediterranean-planted terraced garden has a size of approx. 2,300 m² . Here, in addition to a very nice seating group under a shady pergola, there is a very attractive pool area with corresponding sun loungers and a pool size of 8 x 4 m, equipped with a pool alarm.
The terrace surfaces at the house were covered in the meantime with a bright, smooth natural stone . The stairs to the pool have also been renewed.

We felt very comfortable in Villa Milena. Especially the very nicely designed garden with pool and the beautiful terrace is particularly successful here.
