The holiday home “Majorelle” is part of a small, exclusive co-priété at the entrance to Les Issambres with only six units. From this location you can reach the centre of Les Issambres with numerous restaurants, shops, all shops for daily needs and the ferry to St. Tropez in a few minutes on foot.
Two beach restaurants and a section of beach are located in the immediate vicinity opposite the building complex (located below street level). The beaches of La Nartelle with numerous very good and popular beach restaurants can also be reached on foot at a distance of 2,500 m.
The complex in contemporary design is very well maintained and offers residents an underground car park as well as an attractive pool area (sun loungers available in the months of the season) and a boules court.
The holiday home
The recently completed holiday home will be rented out for the first time with the 2025 season.
The very high-quality and tastefully furnished living space of approx. 120 m² is spread over two levels and offers the following rooms:
– entrance area with access to the 1st floor and the living area
– living/dining room with very appealing colour scheme, TV and docking station
– very high-quality and modern kitchen with large cooking island and the following features: induction hob with extractor hood, oven/microwave combination, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher
A wide glass front, which can be opened completely, gives access to the terrace in front with a large, beautiful wooden dining table and a large cantilever parasol. From the living room and also from the terrace area as well as of course from the 1st floor of two bedrooms you can enjoy a very beautiful sea view.
On this living level there is also a bedroom (1) with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, with two separate mattresses) and TV as well as a separate bathroom with washbasin, shower, towel dryer and toilet.
A staircase in the entrance area leads to the 1st floor with three further bedrooms and bathrooms as follows:

I hope you are doing well. I would like to thank you. We had a super nice week at Villa Majorelle – we really liked it. We found the high-quality equipment of the house particularly nice, starting with the furniture, grill and dishes, everything was just super nice and tasteful. Also the pool area was nice and well maintained. We found the location good – we mostly rode our bikes to Nartelle Beach (La Voile) – Les Issambres has everything you need. I will please get back to you in the next few months for 2026 – for next year we would like to try a house with a private pool.
The support from La Fleur also worked wonderfully – the team was very nice and reliable.
