The property is located in a quiet villa location in the hills of the municipality of Les Issambres not far from the center of St. Aygulf and within walking distance to the beach. From this location you can reach several beaches, shopping facilities for daily needs and numerous restaurants in a few minutes by car.
The villa
Renovated in 2021, the villa offers a very tastefully furnished living space of about 150 m² on two levels for six adults and two children. In addition to new furniture, the extensive renovation work also included a new kitchen with all desirable features and the redesign of all bathrooms, which now also offer modern design in those of the times.
The living level offers an open air-conditioned living-dining area with very nice sea views and access to the terraces, an open attractive kitchen, three bedrooms (1 x with sea view and 2 x with air conditioning) as well as two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Another bedroom with sea views and a shower room is also located on the garden floor.
Brand new from the 2023 season is another kitchen on the pool level connected to the bedroom there. In this respect, there is a completely independent separate studio area here, e.g. for guests, with another seating area and cooking facilities, which can also be used as a summer kitchen.
The terraces of the property are equipped with high-quality furniture and offer a fantastic sea view without any disturbing influences. From there you can also overlook the swimming pool with the dimensions 11 x 4.5 m. Here there are six sunbeds and umbrellas available for relaxation.
The plot with beautiful Mediterranean vegetation is closed and offers parking for two vehicles.

Stay August/September 2024
Now we have been back home for almost two weeks and have enjoyed our holiday at Villa Oasis to the fullest.
A dream
House and garden are freshly renovated. The house is very richly equipped. Everything is new and very stylish. Air conditioning is not installed in all rooms, but if you leave the doors open during the day, the cool air is distributed. I thought that was totally appropriate. Garden is equally richly planted and maintained. Likewise, the outdoor facilities and garden furnishings are new and plentiful (I count, for example, 14 seats (not including the sunbeds) and 5 umbrellas). The pool is comparatively large, the view over the sea simply the hammer! An experience at any time of day or night. The missing point on environment is a matter of taste: Les Issambres consists only of such summer residences and is oriented towards the car. There is hardly any destination (except the small beach) that could be reached on foot. (Date of stay: September 2022 – 4.3/5 stars)

We were very satisfied with the house, it was as expected the pictures are very expressive. The kitchen is very well equipped. Pool very clean. Garden too, including a visit from the wild boars. We would book the house again. All very nice. (4,8/5 stars – stay June 2022)
