Location
The property is located in a residential area with well-kept neighborhood development and spacious plots. The location can be described as ideal, as both shopping, restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes’ drive and there is no disturbing noise from the coastal road to fear.
The villa
The air-conditioned villa in Provencal style with beautiful rungs glazing offers a tastefully equipped living area of approx. 190 m² on one level. The very well-kept and very beautifully Mediterranean landscaped garden covers approx. 1,800 m² and offers numerous beautiful places for relaxation, some with sea views.
The living area includes a living room with open fireplace, SAT-TV and access to the covered terrace, a separate dining room with open modern equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and an office/multi-purpose room with desk, which can also be used as a children’s room (a baby crib is available).
The alarm-secured and heatable swimming pool with a size of 10 x 5 m is integrated into a spacious terrace area. High-quality garden furniture, sun loungers and two BBQs round off the offer. The property is secured by an electric gate. It is possible to park 2-3 cars inside the property. In spring 2024, a very nice boules court was also created at the entrance area.

Everything worked out fine. We liked it very much, everything was good. Thank you very much!!
Beautiful house in beautiful, quiet surroundings. Some smaller furnishings do not match the price level. The house can be recommended. (4.5/5 stars)
We have as a couple together with our dog 2 wonderful weeks in this (… not at all…) small paradise spent in the hills above the bay of St.Tropez. It was a wonderful ambience in a very well maintained garden with a beautiful pool (which was unfortunately not heated and therefore a bit fresh in autumn). We enjoyed the days very much and found good rest. Several beaches in the area were easily accessible by car, especially if you could avoid the inevitable traffic jams between St.Maxime and St.Tropez by studying maps. Some of the magnificent bays in the turquoise of the Cote d’Azur were also great to visit with dogs in the off-season, for dog lovers finally an important topic. Conclusion: a dream under palm trees and pine trees – with a high risk of repetition. (5/5 stars)
We have been travelling regularly to France for 20 years – by chance we became aware of the villa through a friend and reported to the owner. That’s why we spent our summer holidays there spontaneously. A little paradise. Despite the proximity to the sea, we spent most of our time at the house with our children. The pool, the beautifully landscaped garden – magnificent. We’ll be back – that’s for sure!
We can only recommend. (5/5 stars)
The location of the villa, the beautiful well-kept garden and the layout of the room are particularly noteworthy. Except for a few, everything was top. Recommendation to the landlords: A door opener for 7 guests with 3 cars is not enough. In view of the volume of traffic at the sea, we recommend the transport or rental of bicycles. Overall, we can only recommend the rent of this dream villa. (5/5 stars)
