Another spacious wooden terrace can be found on the other side of the property and a boules court is also available.

The property is completely closed and opens up through an electric entrance gate. The driveway leads to a spacious parking lot and two garage spaces. From this area of the property you can access the villa either by a glass elevator or by stairs.
