Location

On a very spacious plot between Sainte Maxime and Le Muy in a secured domain, this new villa is located. Surrounded by exclusively large plots and villas in a complete quiet location and yet only a few minutes drive from the bustling coast and shopping facilities. The very well developed road D25 connects this popular residential area comfortably with the coastal town of Sainte Maxime with numerous restaurants, shops of daily need, the port with ferry boat to St. Tropez and of course a variety of beaches. A large shopping centre and an Aqualand can be reached in about 10 minutes driving time, Sainte Maxime in 15 minutes. Shops for daily use and restaurants can also be found in the nearby village of Le Muy, about 3.7 miles away.

The villa

The spacious new building “Athos” offers high living comfort for up to 14 guests on approx. 260 m² of living space. The living space is spread over three levels, with the main living area being wheelchair-accessible. The villa includes an open-plan living-dining area with fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious upfront terrace with very attractive and high-quality furniture. Seven comfortably furnished bedrooms (mostly with air conditioning) and six bathrooms are spread over the three living levels as follows:

– Living level: 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet
– Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet
– Pool level: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet

On the pool level there is also a well-furnished covered terrace for common dining with all guests. The heatable swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terrace areas with a corresponding number of sun loungers and parasols. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view to the landscape.

The property is attractively planted, closed and offers parking for numerous vehicles.

Weekly rates

depending on the season and the number of people:
July and August can only be booked completely, i.e. with 7 bedrooms for up to 14 persons, during all other months the villa can also be booked with a reduced number of bedrooms at reduced weekly prices (in this case, the unnecessary sleeping- and bathrooms are closed)
