The property is located in a quiet residential area of Sainte-Maxime on the outskirts of the golf course “Bluegreen” not far from the town center and the beaches of La Nartelle.
The center of Sainte-Maxime with all stores for daily needs, numerous restaurants and bistros, weekly market and the regular ferry to St. Tropez can be reached quickly and without traffic jams in about 8 minutes by car. The beach of La Nartelle with some very popular beach restaurants is only 2,800 meters away.
The villa
The attractive villa underwent a comprehensive and complete redesign in 2022/2023 and can therefore almost be described as a new building. This also refers to the outdoor areas as well as the swimming pool. Completion was in February 2023 and the villa will go into initial rental for the 2023 season.
Particularly noteworthy is the excellent finish in all respects!
On three levels spreads a very tasteful and lovingly furnished living space of about 250 m² for up to 10 people. The color scheme is essentially classic black and white, complemented by attractive decorative items.

The outdoor areas will be equipped with appropriately high-quality garden furniture, which had not yet been completely delivered during our visit. In addition to a large dining table, there will be ten sun loungers and three umbrellas integrated into the terrace. Another highlight is certainly the large Inox summer kitchen with sink, cooler and large gas BBQ.
A staircase on the side of the swimming pool leads to the boules court with beautiful evening lighting and a lawn area, covered with a very high quality artificial turf and beautiful palm tree planting.
Due to the western exposure of the pool area, it is sunlit from about 10 am until sunset.
The paved access to the property of approx. 1,100 m² is via an electric gate and approx. 3-4 vehicles can be parked within the property. In addition to a garage, there is also a carport for two vehicles and a charging station for e-cars (fees on request).

Thank you for your refund of the deposit. The villa is mega top top everything worked out fine was a nice vacation. We would like to rent the villa again next year if the owner allows us. But then for 3 weeks. Thanks again!
