Location
The property is located in the hills of Les Issambres in a very quiet area on the outskirts of a very large green and natural area. There you can go for a walk or ride a bike with or without a dog. The centre of Les Issambres with its harbour (ferry to St. Tropez), shops for daily needs, beaches and restaurants can be reached in about 3.5 km in about 6-7 minutes by car.
The villa
The villa with an air-conditioned living area of 200 m² on two levels offers attractive furnishings for up to eight people and a very beautiful sea view without disturbing influences from almost all rooms. The spacious entrance area leads directly into the living room with TV and fireplace. This offers direct access via a wide window front to the terrace with a large dining ensemble for eight people.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dining area as well as all desirable features such as:

The pool area – accessible via the rooms in the basement or an external staircase from the upper terrace – is very spacious and the pool integrated into the terrace measures 8 x 4 m. This is heated and equipped with an electric tarpaulin. The pool is operated via a saltwater electrolysis system, i.e. without chemical additives. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (approx. 1/11 compared to sea water) and is very skin-friendly. In addition to a brick seating area with parasols, there are four extremely comfortable sun loungers with parasols and two additional daybeds under the partially covered terrace.
The plot is completely enclosed and access is via an electric gate. There is a shaded carport available as well as two further parking spaces within the property.
