The property is located in the upper part of the “Domaine de la Nartelle”, a prestigious private domain with high-quality villa development not far from the beaches of La Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime. From this location you can reach the center of Sainte-Maxime in about 7-8 minutes drive and the center of Les Issambres in 5 minutes. A connecting door in the master bedroom leads to another adjoining bathroom and bedroom (5), which is also equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning and offers panoramic sea views. The shower room is also equipped with a toilet. However, the connecting door can also remain locked, as the bedroom (5) also has external access and can be used completely independently of the access to the house.

The terrace areas of the villa offer wonderful sea views and are extremely spacious and have an attractive teak floor. Numerous sun loungers, umbrellas and a heated outdoor shower are available at the pool area. The swimming pool measures 9.5 x 4.5 m and can be heated for a fee. The tarpaulin visible in the photos is removed in the summer months and only serves as a cover to maintain the water temperature in the months of the low season.

The property, which is accessed via an electric gate, is closed and covers an area of 2,400 m² and three vehicles can be parked inside the property.
