Location The villa is located in the hills of Les Issambres surrounded by similar villa developments not far from the beaches, shopping facilities, restaurants and the ferry to St. Tropez – all within a 5-6 minute drive.
Even though the distance is only approx. 2,000 m, a car is required due to the higher location. The villa The well-kept and tastefully furnished villa comprises a living space of approx. 170 m² on three levels.
It is divided as follows: Main living level with terrace and pool area
– Entrance with guest toilet – spacious living/dining area with beautiful sea views and access to the terraces in front, TV and open fireplace – open, fully equipped attractive kitchen with all desirable features and access to the terrace – master bedroom (1) with double bed (180 x 200 cm), access to the terrace and air conditioning – bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower and WC – bedroom (2) with double bed (160 x 200 cm) – separate shower room – large terraces in front with attractive outdoor furniture (3 dining ensembles, sun loungers, etc.) – bar area/summer kitchen – bathroom with shower and WC.The swimming pool integrated into the terrace measures 8 x 4 meters. This can be heated for a fee and can be closed off with an electric cover.
From the terraces you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. Garden level I The garden level can be reached via a staircase at the side of the house.
There are two parking spaces and a separate, very spacious multi-bed room (3) with four single beds (80 x 200 cm) and air conditioning as well as a spacious bathroom with double washbasin, shower and WC. Garden level II A further staircase leads to the fourth, also separately accessible bedroom (4) with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, shower room and separate WC. This area was recently redesigned and the furniture was not complete at the time of the photo shoot. In front of this bedroom you will find another terrace and a boules court. This area will be further enhanced for the 2024 season with a small refrigerator and a lounge seating area on the terrace. The villa is located on a slope and access is through an electric gate.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa l’Esterel from 8 – 22.6.24. The house met our expectations in every respect.

Madame Audrey Boffy looked after us in a very friendly and competent manner (e.g. when the internet connection failed). She is likely to be involved in cleaning the property, which has been “powdered” by the
Sahara rain. garden furniture and glass railings would have involved considerable additional expense.

The only small criticism: there are numerous frying pans in the kitchen, but apart from the decorative copper pans, there is no proper cooking pan.
