The center of Sainte-Maxime with all stores for daily needs, numerous restaurants and bistros, weekly market and the regular ferry to St. Tropez can be reached quickly and without traffic jams in about 8 minutes by car. The beach of La Nartelle with some very popular beach restaurants is only 2,800 m away.
The villa
The attractive villa underwent a comprehensive and complete refurbishment in 2022/2023 and can therefore almost be described as a new build. This also refers to the outdoor areas as well as the swimming pool. Completion was in February 2023 and the villa will go into initial rental for the 2023 season. Due to the western exposure of the pool area, it is sunlit from about 10 am until sunset. The paved access to the property of approx. 1,100 m² is via an electric gate and approx. 3-4 vehicles can be parked within the property. There is a carport for two vehicles and there is also a plug socket to charge an e-car (fees on request).

This short note to confirm that we had a great family vacation at Villa ‘Mar A Lago’. The housekeeping, Loïc and Cassandra, are very nice people, everything went well. I will come back to you next year.
