The large property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the “Domaine de la Nartelle”, a prestigious private domaine with high quality villa development not far from the beaches of La Nartelle in Sainte-Maxime. From this location you can reach the center of Sainte-Maxime in about 7-8 minutes drive and the center of Les Issambres in 5 minutes. There, of course, you will find all the stores of daily needs, restaurants, weekly markets and in both places the regular ferry to St. Tropez.

From the property you can reach the nearest beach in just 500 m walking distance and a very popular beach restaurant “La Reine Jeanne” is within 600 m easy walking distance. Also to the beaches of La Nartelle with numerous very good beach restaurants is at a distance of about 800 – 900 m no car necessary.

 

The villa

The spacious property includes a recently very tasteful and high quality renovated living space of about 250 m² for up to 14 people on three levels.

In addition, there is a large boules court and a basketball hoop next to the swimming pool which is shaded by a large umbrella pine.

To the side of the pool house, a small staircase leads to two more bedrooms: a smaller children’s room with two single beds and a very spacious bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a double washbasin and a bathtub, and a separate toilet.

The 2.600 m² large beautiful property in south-west orientation offers a varied vegetation and old tree population with large umbrella pines. Up to six vehicles can be parked on the long graveled driveway.

We had a wonderful holiday and the villa was great. We didn’t feel the need to travel around the area much as we just wanted to relax by the lovely pool. The beach is a ten minute walk away (don’t take the long way!), as the way back is uphill and very hot, it’s more fun to stay at the villa. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The concierge and broker were very helpful, flexible and accommodating – I am very grateful to them for their help.
