Located in the courtyard, the small swimming pool is heated (28°) from April to October and four sun loungers are available. A garage (not suitable for large SUVs) and a parking space in front of the entrance area offer space for two vehicles.
Conclusion: a very attractively designed modern house with a private pool close to all amenities.
The season 2022 is the first season for this villa and the property was awarded a 4-star rating by the Office de Tourisme Roquebrune-sur-Argens in June 2022.
