Provencal village near the beaches of Sainte Maxime
About 10 minutes away from Sainte-Maxime and the beaches you will find the idyllic village Le Plan-de-la-Tour in the hinterland. Aqualand
The village of Grimaud can be reached from Plan-de-la-Tour via a charming country road through the hinterland in about 15-20 minutes drive time and also the beaches of Pampelonne can be reached via the hinterland roads in 30 minutes, which is almost impossible in the months of the high season via the coastal road in this time.
Restauranttipps
In the alleys of Plan-de-la-Tour you will find numerous very idyllic restaurants that exude all the charm of the region and offer good cuisine.
The “La Tour du Plan” at the entrance to the village with a beautiful terrace and very good French-Mediterranean cuisine as well as the “Bistrot de Marceau” at Place Clémenceau, which is very popular with french guests is certainly recommended here.
The “Le Vieux Moulin” is typically French and cosy in the centre of the village. There are some outdoor spaces under a shady ramade directly on the road, but these are quickly allocated. The kitchen is fresh and the price-performance ratio is ok.
